The successful candidate will manage litigation production processes with a rapidly growing operations team to enable the national expansion of this innovative project. In addition to management of the Operations team the Manager of Operations will work with our in-house legal staff, call center, analytics , IT and project management teams. The manager will be a key leader in a rapidly growing team contributing to a significant portion of the company's future revenue. Litigation production responsibilities include the account management, data entry, quality review, and document production activities in the suit, judgment, and post judgment phases of the legal process. These responsibilities exclude call center activities which run in parallel to the legal production. In addition to the litigation production responsibilities the Manager of Operations will utilize industry expertise to develop and implement 'best in class' processes and practices to optimize the department's profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.Primary responsibilities include: Manage to P&L and Program goals Manage a team of process managers, supervisors and their teams of legal specialists Ensure operations capability and capacity to enable sustained national expansion Ensure quality standards and compliance with all applicable laws and elements of Encore's Consumer Bill of Rights Analyze program performance/satisfaction to identify trends and opportunities Implement new strategies or processes and improve and execute new and current strategies or processes Problem solve and develop actionable plans and drive them to resolution Collaborate with legal and business teams to ensure a culture of partnership and innovation Travel up to 10% annually (Domestic and International)Required skills, education, and experience: Previous supervision of a high volume litigation production operation Bachelor's degree with a focus on Operational Management, Procurement, Business Administration or Finance; Master's degree is a plus 7+ years in a leadership role with demonstrated problem solving abilities and the ability to drive teams toward specific goals Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency with MS Office Knowledge within a legal work environment is desirable.
