The Manager – Revenue Integrity Audits will manage a team of Revenue Integrity Auditors that perform hospital billing compliance auditing and monitoring activities for all of the hospitals in the Steward Health Care System.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the Manager – Revenue Integrity Audits include: Provide daily oversight of the compliance auditing and monitoring functions, and decisions on overall strategy and direction. Responsible for keeping Revenue Integrity Auditors up-to-date on regulatory changes and compliance requirements. Responsible for preparing audit reports for review by the System Director – Compliance & Privacy Operations on a timely basis. Hold meetings with hospital and physician leadership to discuss audit initiation and audit observations. Assist with the development of policies and procedures for Compliance related activities.
