Details: Classification: Controller Compensation: $67,500.99 to $90,000.00 per year Our client, a privately held manufacturing company, continues to grow with record numbers and has an immediate need for the up and comer to take the lead as Controller. The ideal candidate will have their eyes on the CFO position with a willingness to learn the business and grow with the company into this strategic role as a key member of the management team. If you have a minimum of 7+ years experience, have a background in either Public Accounting with audit experience in the manufacturing industry, or have been in private industry 10+ years with responsibilities to oversee/do daily transactional accounting in a very strategic way, check out this opportunity for immediate consideration. Your vision should be long term, and expectations should include a substantial learning curve, so the ideal candidate will be a quick learner who loves the challenges of learning and evaluating systems to re-engineer and improve on existing processes. Excellent communication skills will be key, both written and oral, as the owners consider the long term contribution that you can make. Position will report to the CFO, and will be responsible for all AP, AR, journal entries, financial statement prep, and all monthly, and year and reporting.
