Details: Classification: Financial Analyst Compensation: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year My client is a well established manufacturing company located in the Greater King of Prussia area. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in a highly visible work. This financial analyst will work closely with senior management. Essential Job Functions: Work with senior financial management to analyze management results and provide for an understanding of all variances Assist with the preparation of all Board of Directors' materials Assist with the preparation of all 3rd party Lenders reporting and analyses Help drive the annual budget, and semi-annual forecasting, process In this regard, assist with all analysis and reporting for both processes Provide guidance on spending-effectiveness, efficiency and prioritization utilizing various metrics. Assist Finance and Operations with understanding of such spending, specifically in the Capital expenditures area Assist with all reporting required by private equity sponsor Support major Company investment opportunities such as capital investments, corporate partnerships and strategic alliances by leading the financial analysis of such opportunities.
