We are proud to be a member of the Valley View Financial Group, and are dedicated to the families and communities we serve.Responsibilities: Full Time and Part Time Tellers Tellers will receive and process all banking transactions including checking and savings account deposits and withdrawals. Maintain favorable customer relations through proper handling of all paying and receiving transactions, according to established guidelines. Tellers will exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative regarding transaction problems and inquiries Tellers will maintain, verify, balance assigned cash drawer, including appropriate trial balancing throughout the day. Tellers will receive and answer questions on Bank transaction services and procedures maintaining good customer relations at all times. Discuss routine problems related to checking and savings transactions. Direct customers to appropriate employees for answers or solutions to special or unique problems or inquiries. Refer difficult or complex problems to Supervisor. Tellers will have ability to identify customers' financial services needs and cross sell services to meet those needs. Tellers will perform other duties as required or assigned.
