Details: Excellent opportunity to join one of our top clients, a leader in the derivatives arena, as an ERM ( Enterprise Risk Management ) Manager or Director in the Chicago office. In this role, you will develop and refine their risk profile, risk appetite, and key performance / risk indicators; provide and review policies and procedures; assure integrity of data, data collection and data analysis; and develop, maintain and advance ERM program metrics ( risk dashboards ). In addition, you will administer the Senior Management ERM Committee (including reporting package, agenda and drafting meeting minutes), and provide similar support for Board Risk Committee ERM reporting.
